1. The service

This portal lets you browse Washington Healthcare vacancies, build a candidate profile and CV, and apply for positions. Using the portal or creating an account means you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials confidential.
• One account per person; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be legally eligible to work in the roles you apply for.

3. Truthful applications

All information you submit — profile details, CVs, education, experience, certifications — must be truthful and yours. Misrepresentation may lead to rejection, withdrawal of an offer, or termination of employment, and removal of your account.

4. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to access other candidates' data, interfere with the portal's operation, upload malicious files, or use automated tools to scrape or bulk-submit. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

5. Applications and decisions

Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview or employment. Hiring decisions are made at Washington Healthcare's discretion following our evaluation process. Vacancy details may change or be withdrawn before their deadline.

6. Liability

The portal is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Washington Healthcare is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the portal, including temporary unavailability.
